Our Mini Gymnastics class for kids ages 5-7 is a fun and engaging introduction to the world of gymnastics! In this class, young children will develop basic skills like balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength through exciting activities and age-appropriate exercises. The class is designed to spark a love for movement and physical activity in a supportive, playful environment, perfect for little gymnasts just starting their journey! 

Time: Wednesdays 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm

Our Ballet class for kids ages 5-7 is a fun and magical introduction to the world of dance! In this class, young dancers will learn the basics of ballet through imaginative activities, simple steps, and creative movement. With an emphasis on building coordination, balance, and flexibility, children will also develop their confidence and musicality. Perfect for little ones who are excited to explore the art of ballet!  

Time: Thursday  4.30 pm - 6.30 pm 

Aesthetic Gymnastics combines the grace of dance, the flexibility of gymnastics, and the artistry of movement into a captivating sport. In this class, teens will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning to perform beautiful, choreographed routines. With a focus on technique, artistic expression, and teamwork. Perfect for teens looking to challenge themselves and showcase their talent! 

Time: Saturdays 12.30 pm - 1.15 pm 

Our Dance class for little ones ages 3-4 is a playful and exciting way for kids to explore movement and music! Through fun games, songs, and imaginative activities, children will learn the basics of coordination, balance, and rhythm. The class encourages creativity and self-expression while helping develop motor skills and social interaction in a positive, supportive environment. 

Time: Thursdays 6.30 pm - 8 pm 

Our Drama class for kids ages 7-12 is a fun and imaginative way for children to build confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Through acting games, improvisation, and simple scenes, kids will develop their storytelling skills, express emotions, and boost their public speaking abilities. Perfect for children who love to perform, explore different characters, and have fun while learning the art of drama! 

Time: Tuesday 4:30 - 6 pm 

Our Contemporary Dance class blends modern dance techniques with creativity and self-expression. Students will explore a variety of movement styles, focusing on flexibility, strength, and emotional expression through dynamic choreography. With an emphasis on individuality and artistry, students will develop their own unique dance style while improving coordination, balance, and performance skills. 

Time: Fridays: 5 pm - 6 pm  

Our Hip-Hop class for kids ages 7-12 is an energetic and exciting way for kids to learn the latest dance moves and build confidence. With fun choreography set to upbeat music, children will develop rhythm, coordination, and flexibility while expressing themselves through dance.  Perfect for kids who love to dance and want to groove to the beat! 

Time: Tuesdays 7.30 pm- 8.30 pm 

Our Fitness class for mommies and their friends is a fun, energizing way to stay active and connect with others! This class combines effective workouts, Cardio and Pilates, allowing moms to work on strength, endurance, and flexibility while enjoying their me-time. Whether you're looking to build fitness, relieve stress, or just have fun, our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and can be tailored to your needs.
